The leadership team is onsite every day for every project; that
means you always know where your project stands and any potential
glitches are caught very early in the process. We hire only the
most respected sub-contractors and product vendors in order to build
quality into every step of the process. This streamlined workflow
means our timelines are shorter than other builders’.
We continue to provide support. When your project
is done, we don’t hand over a punchlist and walk away. Before
we declare a project finished, the entire build is inspected by
two of Rubicon’s leadership team in separate walk-throughs.
Then we have a third walk-through with someone who’s never
seen the site before so we have a fresh perspective. If necessary,
we make any final adjustments and then walk through with you. Everything
is made to your satisfaction. And as long as you live in the home,
you can call on us to provide support.
